DV25 & WAV files into Quicktime

I'm interested in creating a QuickTime movie file comprised of
a raw NTSC DV25 video file along with 6 mono-channel WAV
files. I'm very new to the QuickTime SDK and I've experimented
abit, but I cannot quite figure out how to get it working. In particular,
I'd like the enbedded audio in the DV video file to be disabled with
the 6 mono audio tracks being the only audio that goes along with
the video. I'd also be interested in creating a track containing the
timestamp data that is embedded into each of the DV25 video frames.

Can anybody give me a template or procedure as to how I can go about
this?
