Re: 'Constant' Variables in a Quicktime File

try using some special string and search for it (like $$$$$$)

note that if unicode is used in the file storage, it will be $\0$\0$\0$\0$\0 in the file

Subject: 'Constant' Variables in a Quicktime File

Where are Constant Variables located in a Quicktime File ?
And, are they zlib'd ?
If so, with what parameters ?

I have an empty sprite movie with some 'constant' variables I would like to dynamically write into the QT file witth PHP
So, in a sprite track movie I have a variable declared:
#define password = dummy_password

Where would this be located in the QT file itself ?
If I can locate the variable, then I can change the password

So after PHP is done generating the movie....the constant variable has been altered to something like:
#define password = new_php_generated_password

many thanks :) g _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list. They will be ignored. QuickTime-API mailing list (email@hidden) Help/Unsubscribe/Update your Subscription: http://lists.apple.com/mailman/options/quicktime-api/email@hidden
