Thanks so much for this tip; I didn't realize I needed to call NewHandle().
So, now with the call to VDGetCompressionTypes() working, the
VDCompressionListHandle has only 1 iteration of the structure, and the name
it contains is the Pascal string "None". Shouldn't it say something like
"Component Video - CCIR-601 uyvy" or some such? Is there something that
needs to be installed or configured?
