I am using MovieExportFromProceduresToDataRef to create a QT movie.
I have some incoming video and audio samples to create the movie. The
movie
gets created fine, but sometime at the end of the movie one or two
frames
are just a white screen. Why does this happen, I am not writing any
extra or
blank video samples to the movie, nor is my audio stream greater than
video.
Maybe it is because of the frame rate change, or some other round-off
error.
If you know in advance how long the sound and video track are you
should be able to prevent this. I had the same problem and put in some
code to set a maximum for the sound length.
If the result is a QuickTime movie you can always extend the duration
of the last video frame using ScaleTrackSegment.
