The functions QDBeginCGContext and QDEndCGContext will wrap a
CGContext around a GWorld. Note that there are certain caveats with
doing this (such as the fact that alpha blending is disabled). You
could also create a Create a CGBitmapContext using
CGBitmapContextCreate and passing in the PixMapPtr and appropriate
image information to get a wrapper around the GWorld.
