Re: SgDataProc: synchronizing audio and video tracks

Hi,

I came accross SGAudio Callbacks since my last post...I think I should therefore rephrase my question ;-)

Are SGAudio Callbacks the way to control the synchronization between audio and video. I am currently using the 'old' SGDataProc to store my audio data. Should I move this code in the SgAudio callback and accumulate packets of audio there (chunks) and save them:
- either when the number of accumulated data exceeds a given number of secs...I would use 0.5s as this is the default (it seems) used when sending audio to the SGDataProc ?
- either when I need to ?

Are the various SGAudio callbacks called at the same frequency as the video callback (SGDataproc), i.e for each frame captured ?

The final question is:
- how does the data passed to the SGDataProc (the one I am using now) compare to the data passed to the SGAudioCallback ? Is it equal to the concaten ation of all chunks of data stored in all the AudioBuffers passed to the callback ?

Thanks

Mat
