how can I get the audio data from a streaming movie?

hi ,folks:
    I want to get the audio data from a streaming movie, but the streaming movie only has one streaming track ,I don't know how QuickTime deal with the streaming track.
 
    I think that QuickTime accept the audio media data ,and then play them, but where could I get the audio media data?
 
    I want to capture the audio media data ,and then create a track contains the data.
 
    what should I do?I have working this problem for several days,but I could't work it out.
 
    Any advice is great!
