FMO is part of the loss resilience features...
Main Profile does not support FMO.
QT Player 7.x H.264 codec is Main Profile so it seems reasonable to reject
it when trying to decode it.
One interesting point is that Baseline Profile does include FMO.
the iPod video is Baseline 1.3 Profile compliant... in theory therefore it
should be able to decode it. Are you able to perform such test?
