Multi bit rate recording

Hi 

Is it possible to use QuickTime to recording multi bit rate files and save as separate files, such as record H.264 56K, 256K and 512K simultaneously.

QuickTime Pro only can recording video as "Good",  "Better" or "Device Native", and any personal programming can modify those preset?
