If you mean for use at the current process only, see the list archive

If you mean for all apps (not currently running ones most probably, not
sure) you have to play with the registry I think or put the file at some QT
system folder. See ADC website in case they describe the process, else use
SysInternal's RegMon and FileMon free utilities to see what other vendors'
component installers do to install theirs
