I'm using the QTControl COM Control under windows, and I want to create a movie from a series of bitmaps that I will be generating in software. However, if I individually paste these bitmaps into a new movie, I am not sure how to control the framerate. I need to carefully control the timing of these bitmaps as they have to synchronize with a sound track that I'll also be adding.

Anybody know how to do this?
