Currently, I'm having trouble getting it to work. I'm seeing QTKit Capture silently fail. There are no delegate methods being called with errors, there is no notification posted..... nothing. It's extremely frustrating. I now have I case which I can reproduce it entirely. For now I'm trying to fall back on to a sequence grabber, but this is proving annoying in itself. (I have it recording to a movie file using AAC, yet of a 45 second recording the file only contains the last three seconds!)

I will post a sample project and steps to reproduce it as soon as I can. I have a shiny new Mac Pro sitting in a box behind me, so I may be distracted by setting it up.

You're having a hard time getting QTCaptureSession to do audio? Check here...

This uses separate QTCaptureSessions for audio and video. I've had no problems.

Post some code. Maybe we can help you spot something.
