The ON2 Decompressor is needed to play the file, so you have to install it
when it asks. The Decompressor is needed to decompress (i.e. play) the
movie, but both compressor and decompressor are present in the ON2 Codec.
(which is evidenced by it's name. Codec stands for "COmpressor /
DECompressor."

I compressed a QT with VP3. When attempting to play on a different
computer I get the warning that On2 compressor is missing, wnat to
download now? etc., the audio plays but no video. It is a self
contained movie so I didn't think a decompressor would be needed on the
plaback machine. What is the solution?
