Full Screen across 2 monitors

Hi everyone-
I'm new to this list and I have a question regarding QuickTime Player. I'm working on a project where we have an XServe with two video projectors hooked up to the ATI Radeon 8500 card which came with it. We are making a presentation where we want to play a quicktime full screen across both projectors. QuickTime Player only allows me to go full screen on one of the monitors. The Projectors are 800x600 native resolution each. I have a quicktime which is 1600x600 and it plays fine in normal mode but I don't have a way to remove the Apple menu bar across the top. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this? If I can remove this then I'm sure I can get the movie to look full screen.

Thanks,
Steve
