Marc, this page http://www.playstream.com/showcase/video.asp offers examples of various compressors for various players. Concerning the processor demand of certain codecs there seems to be no example available for the public yet. Might be a matter of complexity or diligence. As in Flash: there you get a "profiler" tool to test the download speed result - which doesn't say anything about the screen result of a Flash vector tween - in the lack of regarding processor abilities. One day there will be a button for processor speed in test surroundings.
