Unfortunately, the answer is no, you can't do that currently using just
QuickTime Player. The savvy scriptor could, of course, write a droplet
or AppleScript Studio app which provided an interface to their own
collection of export settings (in nested folders or whatever
organization seems appropriate). The user could simply drop a movie or
folder of movies on such an application, choose from a list of
pre-configured export settings, and initiate a batch export. It's not
an ideal solution, but it's a reasonable work-around.
