QT Plugin video doesn't always update with SetTime

I am encountering a problem with the JavaScript for
Quicktime function SetTime.

Certain times passed to SetTime cause the playhead to
go to the proper spot in the timeline, but the video
does not update properly. The video goes to a frame
very close to where the playhead was when SetTime was
issued (not to the time specified). MOST parameters
passed to SetTime behave correctly (timeline and video
are set and match).

This was occurring on IE/Win and NS7/Mac. The
workaround I developed for the IE/Win is to put the
video on a layer, and then "flash" the layer on and
off after each call to SetTime. This works
satisfactorily.

I have not found a JavaScript workaround for Netscape
7 on a Mac. The only way I have found to force NS to
refresh the video to match the playhead is to manually
resize the window slightly. Resizing the window from
JavaScript didn't work.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Do you know
of a workaround? Do you know the cause of the
problem? Could it be something with the .mov's I am
using?
