Re: editing mov file

It moves the in-out point. You can find the current frame number in the info window. Audio is hard to edit with qt-player but you could try with an old player, version 4 has adjustable playback speed, like the plug-in.

Cheers.

Does that move into place the in/out points or only the play head?
Also, if the queue one needs is audio, you can't hear anything.
If there were some numerical or graphical readout it could be done.
I wish they had something like that built in for "adjusting" files that are essentially already "done".
Am I still missing it?

Thanks,
Ted

I have qt .mov files (video&audio) that I need to delete very specific portions of, e.g., at the end.
Is there a way to edit these files that gives me more to visualize than trying to adjust the little in/out sliders on the player and press delete (which ends up more or less trial and error, very tidious and often not productive)?
Thanks,
Ted
