Audio help - 30 seconds

Request for some help.

I've tried to clean up the audio on two different types of audio.

1st clip is from an old class movie
2nd clip is the audio from a class presentation.

I've posted a short out take from each posted them here

Would someone like to give me a better set of settings.

Below are the Final Cut Pro settings used to process the class audio:

Low Pass
Freq		4068
Q		1

3 Band Eq.
Low Freq		214
Low Gain		2
Mid Feq		2487
Mid Gain		0
High Freq		8132
High Gain		-10

Hum Remover
freq		4000
Q		31
gain		-45

2nd Checked
3rd Unchecked
4th Checked
5th Checked
