404 error with Darwin server

I've got a Linux box up and running, with Apple's Darwin StreamingServer and a short test clip encoded with Sorenson's Squeeze / Video 3 codec. It's hinted, etc.

Every time I watch it (Dell Optiplex with MSIE6, Firebird 0.7; also, iBook w/ Panther, Safari) it plays fine. But my partner tried it on a half-dozen Wintel machines and all of them play the clip intermittently, if at all. When they don't play it back, the status line in the Quicktime player plug-in shows "404: Not Found."

The StreamingServer logs don't show any errors, and when these clients are connected they're showing up in the 'realtime' connections log on the StreamingServer web admin.

Clip is here: http://www.hostdefine.com/lecc.html

If y'all could hit it and let me know (off-list) if it breaks for you or not...? Also, if anyone has any ideas as to why it might be breaking, I'd be forever in your debt.

Thanks!!

Chris
