QuickTimes in Keynote

We have a serious issue here. Keynote won4t play QuickTime-files correctly. We4ve tested it on several machine. In QT-player they play fine, but in Keynote they act strange on all tested machines.

1. Our "development system" is a Dual 1Ghz G4 and it plays the movies fine, but sometime the audio "gitters"

2. Samething goes for playback on a Dual 500 G4, works fine, but audio is weird.

3. On an iBook 900 G3, PoweBook G4/500 and a PowerBook 17" (not sure what speed) the movies actually STUTTER during playback.

The above is ONLY present in Keynote and NOT in QuickTime Player.

What4s up with this? Does one codec work better than the other in Keynote? Most movies that stutter are 480x360, QT/MPEG4 at 2 Mbits or similar Sorenson 3.1. Audio codec is IMA 4:1, AAC or MP3...
