Incredibly frustrating!

I receive several e-mails a week from people who cannot hear any of our audio-only streams in QuickTime (and they DO have QuickTime 7+). I am using the MPEG-4 codec with QuickTime Broadcaster. When I use the Qualcomm PureVoice codec, these same users have NO problems whatsoever. Any ideas?
