I have Quicktime Pro 7.0.4 and Quicktime Pro 6 

(1) Open the movie with QuickTime Player Pro
(2) Select Window>Show Movie Properties (cmd-J)
(3) Select the video track
(4) Click on the "rotate clockwise" icon.
(5) Close dialog
(6) Save, Save as, or export
