background media skins windowsxp


hello all...

anyone know about a strange scaling problem with quicktime media skins under windows on the background layer of the skin... on mac osx everything works cool, just windows i am seeing things not acting to happy. is there a trick/workaround for this so the skin works under windows?

[if i open the skinned movie on windows and use the movie Properties to deactivate my skin track, then reactivate the skin track the skin scales correctly- not ideal as a workaround mind, the fix when saved doesn't fix the problem when the movie is once again opened]
