Just wondering if it makes sense for one of the more experienced, well-spoken, non-emotional members of this forum to call one of the QuickTime product managers, and try to get to the bottom of this. Heck, go all the way to the top if you have to. Two phone calls to Job's offices - had the VP of Marketing for Apple Canada phoning me to resolve a Apple Quicktime issue a couple of years ago.
