I encoded to Flash with Riva, but still need to learn to get a good
quality with that...
Make sure to use the Flash 8 On2 VP6 codec, and try to give it a
reasonable amount of data rate. It's still possible to get impressive
results with low data rate, Here's a test I did which is a
recompression of an H264 track, and at a mere 700 kilobits/second, in
other words, all the wrong things to do! But still it's not terrible
looking:
