Yes, you'll embed the movie in (basically) the same way that you embed
Flash, Windows Media, or whatever.

Forget about streaming for a 3-minute movie.  Just host it on your web
server.

If you want to replace QuickTime's controls, you can use a tool like
LiveStage, or control the QuickTime Movie via JavaScript.

avoid the ActiveX issue.
