Be aware that 7.1.3 also cripples all movies that use Flash media.
The user has to manually check mark a Flash preference in the QT
preferences Panel before QT will even allow Flash tracks to be played.
This has caused many developers a lot of grief and is resulting in
a real black eye for people / business choosing to use Quicktime
for interactive content.
