Yes, look in the Advance tab without clicking MIME settings. There is a checkbox and the words "Enable Flash". This is disabled by default so it prevents the browser from seeing Flash tracks in a QuickTime movie.

That's what it looks like on the Mac. On the PC side, mine says Quicktime 7.1, and says its up to date, but I don' t see any equivalent checkbox anywhere for "Enable Flash" on the PC side, and it seems to work.

So I'm not sure whether I haven't been fully updated yet on the PC side, or the disabling is only on the Mac.
