Re: QT 7.1.3 and Flash support

My understanding is that there was a security problem with Flash. Normal procedure, unfortunately, when you don't control the code that has the security problem is to block it until the problem is addressed.

Apple clearly could have done a better job both of forewarning developers and communicating paths that will be taken. But there is some logic to their action.

Not sure if any updates to Flash in QT were actually done, but if Adobe is declaring remote code execution in Flash Player 8.0.24.0 and prior it might stand to conclude that Flash in QT can be affected.
