On Mac it tells you the QT upgrade is required for the iTunes upgrade.
It is worded differently on Win ?

One quick point that may already have been made.

Please note that on PCs (I've done this) it you upgrade to iTunes 7, QT is *silently* upgraded to 7.1.3, thus disabling QT-embedded Flash content for any new PC users of iTunes/QT. The iTunes upgrade installation did not ask me (at least not in any direct way) whether I wanted to update QT. (Not quite ethical in my opinion.)
