You are required to install 3rd party QuickTime components.
Thanks. The installer doesn't appear to give any clues to what is
installed. I was expecting an application, and search my drive for
both AudioVizulizations and SoundViewer, but no sign of those. Also
no new files in my Applications, Movies, or Documents folders.
I did manage to see the application working though, by using the
online links to launch QuickTime Player. Your Flash detect worked
well.
The installer only installs 2 QuickTime components in the /Library/
QuickTime/ or ~/Library/QuickTime/. You then need to go back to our
website to launch the "SoundViewer". If you were to try to go online
and launch the "SoundViewer" without installing the components, you
would be asked to install them first.
As far as I know, Both installers (Windows and OSX) provide
information about what is installed. But obviously, we need to
improve it :-)
