Quckime in web page :Resource needed.

Hello,

I am having trouble sourcing a reference or training how-to guide in regards to finding a work-flow for my task at hand:
"A 3 minute movie must auto play within my web page using Quicktime at a high quality, large frame (like H.264)" and also but not as important "with a re-designed control button" not unlike this

I'm guessing embeding and streaming is the way. I am only interested in broadband users with uptodate systems and therfore will need to solve the resent IE problems also.

If anyone can point to a guide or work flow or recomended software that fits the bill would greatly help.
