Many thanks Charles for this I will explore this software asap but while we are on the subject is this the best route for delivering my movie as in this way of auto playing without having long loading waits

As long as you make your movie progressive download ("Fast start" as Apple calls it), and set the AUTOPLAY tag to TRUE, then yes, the external JavaScript solution on a regular HTTP server will still work.
