Re: Anyone Here Successfully Installed QT Tools?

Sounds like you have a broken Fink install which has nothing (to my
knowledge) specifically to do with QT Tools (though perhaps you're trying
to get QT Tools via Fink?) Fix your .profile or reinstall Fink.

Where did you install QT Tools? Manually or using Fink? Have you tried
running it yet? The error above is probably just when your shell
initializes (open a new terminal window) but probably wont have any impact
on QT Tools.

Did have Fink at one point - trashed it - apparently bad idea to trash it. Thought I changed fromĀ tcsh shell ...but.
Then did new user account - got same error response in Terminal.

Well the only reason you'd get that error is if your shell profile (.profile in bash, which is all I know/use) is setup for fink... I don't know why a new, fresh user account would have that path set. But again, it has nothing to do with QT Tools, at least not directly.
