A long time ago I had written an application ExtractJpeg which 
extracts all jpeg files embedded in a mediafile like QTVR, 
PDF etc. It is quite useful for this
task. I have posted a recompiled version to my website
<http://www.fh-furtwangen.de/~dersch>
Just drop the QTVR (or any other file-icon) on ExtractJpeg's icon,
or use the command "ExtractJpeg filename". The Jpegs are extracted
in the order they appear in the file.
