Dear Matthew (and others),

It's a real shame we have to address customer support issues in this forum.
I suppose by going public like that - it's one way to get the attention of a
company. Particularly if you know that the company monitors the board in
order to be helpful to the community. However, let it be known that you
don't need to resort to such tactics with Kaidan (or me).

You could have written me (or Kaidan) directly to assist you with your
problem. In fact, the last time you wrote me directly was on 10/31/02 when
you asked for a retroactive discount because you had just purchased Stitcher
right before we instituted a sales promotion. If you remember, we did help
you out.

We offer a 30-day return policy and a one year warranty. If you want to
return a product you have 30 days to do so. There will be a restocking fee
in most cases because we've found a few people were misusing our return
policy. If there's a problem or a defect with a Kaidan product, you can
return it and we'll fix the problem for one year free of charge.

Having said this...

We'll be happy to look into your problem. Contact me and we'll do whatever
it takes to set things right.
