Hi, pressed send to quickly.
Anyway, A big problem for the real estate vr guys, is that a lot of realtors want to use this Realtor.com. And ofcourse realtor.com charges photographers like Ipix, $12.00 per view to upload to their site and they only accept the Ipix product.
I think homestore told me not long ago that if a person paid $5000.00 US dollars to homestore they would allow you to convert formats and upload for one year. Thats sound like a expensive.
Realtor.com does pay for content from local MLS's, $1.00 per listing, this ad up. Plus the realtor does nothing to get it their listing up on line and doesn't pay a dime for this service.
Hard to beat that if your a realtor or an MLS.
Realtor.com offers other services that they do charge for, and people use those as well. they are mostly real estate sales tools, web sites and such.
Thanks again.
