There can be censorship on this list, but afaik it is always
announced in the form of a warning before it is actually executed.

Frank is correct, this is an unmoderated list so postings are not censored except in unusual circumstances. Unfortunately a number of postings made to this list in the last month _have_ disappeared, but this has been due to human error, not censorship.

The list mom for the QuickTime mailing lists left Apple recently, and in the scramble to get QuickTime 6.1 out the door the responsibility was not handed off to someone else. This means that posting that are usually held up temporarily have been sitting in a mailbox here at Apple instead of making it out to the rest of the list.

Expect to see a bunch of "old" message show up in the next few days. Sorry for the mess up, things should be back to normal by next week.
