A VR from Holland's tallest mediaeval bell tower, the Utrecht Domtoren:

Too bad it was a bit hazy that day.
8 shots from an elevation of 95m/310ft, D1x w/8mm Nikkor. Stitched image
5000x2500 pix. Stitched in PTMac with a couple of control points on the
horizon and a lot of PhotoShopping to overcome the considerable parallax.
Here's another one, made from Prague's Town Hall bell tower this time:

This one was shot with a classic D1, hence the lower resolution and the
occasional blow-outs in the lightest parts. The tower is not very tall which
makes the parallax problems all the more difficult to cover up.
