All this talk about submerged cameras reminded me that I've got a Canon Elph
(APS) that had some 7-Up spilled on it at a wedding. Seems to work fine,
except that the "zoom" dial is really sticky and non-responsive. I've called around
and nobody here seems to bother to repair them. I'm thinking that it
shouldn't be too hard to just pull it apart and spray *something* to clean up the
stickiness..... the question is, what could I use to spray?
Also, I heard from one camera shop that the APS format has been dropped
entirely.... is this true?
