I was expecting to see books in time for WWDC, but apparently
there was some delay at the printer. The publisher says they have
the books in now, so they should be available from Amazon and
Barnes and Noble any day now. I'm waiting for a copy myself!
They're taking orders in the UK already, at
www.harcourt-international.com
for example, but not yet in the US for some reason.
The publisher, Morgan Kaufmann / Harcourt-Brace / Academic Press,
was recently acquired by Elsevier Science, and their conjoined websites
are a bit screwed up still, with the newer MK books not on either site.
Probably a SNAFU resulting from the merger.
I've just updated the CD to include QT 6.3, with updates to the text
included on the CD in PDF format. The section on VR has been
substantially updated and, I hope, improved.
