dynamic loading of hotspot URL's

Hi there,

Does anyone know how to create dynamic hotspots that can be controlled
from an external text or xml file? We have done some VR's for the
Auckland Museum for a kiosk and would like to control where the hotspots
go to without having to edit the VR's directly.

Feedback on the VR's would be good too

Note: links to databases will not work where the VR's are currently
sitting.
