As far as I know you can control it in your html (if you use it for your presentation). Maybe have a look at the available Quicktime Plug-in parameters:

HOTSPOT n =" Url " TARGET n =" FrameName " (VR only)
Links the specified VR hot spot to a URL. The TARGET parameter is optional.
