No it is not.
Stand alone installer for all Windows versions is 11 mb, actually 10.5 mb

The basic installation which is all you need for standard QTVR is only about
5 mb as it has been for several years.
It is only the OSX version which is large. Must be the way OSX is built as
almost all OSX applications are large.
At least those Apple built.
Just look at iPhoto. 32.5 mb download.
Compare it with iView Media Pro which is a professional catalog application,
much better than iview, but only 3.3 mb download.
