Richard,
I know of a few solutions to this problem:
1) Use PhotoWarp to generate a cubic VR. Extract the faces, rotate and
rearrange the order to effectively rotate the entire pano. Cubic
Converter would help in this task.
2) Use the Flexify Photoshop plugin on a spherical image generated in
PhotoWarp to remap. You might be able to use PanoTools for the same
effect, I'm not certain. Another customer of ours has successfully used
this technique to produce cubics in two shots, through an admittedly
cumbersome process.
Best Wishes,
Michael
