This is a very old issue, but I am receiving a lot of negative comments about this size problem from my clients, remembering me that a 11Mb download at 56k speed it is a lot when people just want to see VR media, as they don't need QT to access other media (PC world). 11Mb is OK for the Pro version, but not for a simple player. This same clients are also asking for alternatives to this QT giant. I am having trouble to justify the quality of QT.

Flash or Shockwave players just need seconds to download. It's only a player after all.
