Hello.
Here is one I know quite well.
They wouldn't jerk you around and they have a  "pay for what you use" program as well.

They host QuickTime plus Real and WinMedia .

plus they have a real tech phone line.  I'd call them for a quote, they used to be the most least expensive streaming server hosting in the biz.
