RE: Quicktime Player 10Mb or 11Mb download

What i think it means is that they think it important to have BB, but once they have BB they don/t use it to it potientail.
Unless I tie up the client and force feed their PC QT, they probally won't have it.

I guess most of my client are ignorant!
This week one of them called, all PO'ed, why?
Well he tried to download QT, saying "my modem won't let me download QT, im on a DSL!" another clueless person, i don't have time for.

I told him then his pc must be broken and call for repair.

if it didn't come in there bargin PC, they won't have it, and blame the content creator for their ignorance, when they don't know how to install QT. Then they start asking questionslike .G,if I can't see this unless i install something that im sacred to , how will my clients see it then.
Will they have to install QT too, oh that to much, Im not sure we want to use this again.

time and time again I hear this same thing.
