It is a feature of PTviewer:
You can display a zoomed image of a detail, in front of the panorama. When showing the panorama, the zoomed image automatically pops up over the defined area, if the visitor press zoom button long enough.

waitWhilePanning(); is required of panoviewer for ensure the ptviewer does not launch next sequence before accomplishment of the current one.
